Crypto influencers suggest that Ben Armstrong, the prominent figure representing BitBoy Crypto, has reportedly severed ties with the brand.
BitBoy Crypto youtube influencer (Ben Armstrong) is out!
In a surprising turn of events, crypto enthusiasts and influencers are abuzz with rumors that Ben Armstrong, the face of BitBoy Crypto, has parted ways with the brand. A statement from Around The Blockchain, which was shared widely by crypto personalities, declared this unexpected separation.

The statement reads: "This decision has not been easy. However, after long consideration, we are confident that it is the only path forward."
This news was further corroborated by Wendy O, a prominent crypto influencer and a friend of Armstrong. During one of her livestreams, she confirmed the rumors to her substantial subscriber base, emphasizing that this wasn't FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt), but an actual development within the crypto sphere.
Intriguingly, a tweet allegedly linked to Ben Armstrong himself hinted at internal strife within BitBoy Crypto and Hit Network, stating: "This is Ben. TJ Shedd & Justin Williams have attempted a coup at my company... But it won't work. They have no leverage. Until they can clone me, I have nothing to worry about."
Bitboy rug pull
Armstrong's departure comes after a series of controversies. In June, he announced the end of his partnership with the meme coin creator ben.eth amid accusations of a rug pull. Prior to that, he faced an arrest warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court in relation to harassment allegations by attorney Adam Moskowitz.
Moskowitz had represented investors in a lawsuit against celebrities, including Armstrong, who endorsed the now-bankrupt crypto exchange FTX without disclosing compensation. A subsequent lawsuit by Moskowitz accused Armstrong of harassment through various means, both publicly and privately.
As the crypto community eagerly awaits official statements from BitBoy Crypto and Hit Network, the departure of Ben Armstrong remains a topic of intense discussion and speculation.
